Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise has been a writer, singer, and actress in the United States for more than 40 years. Her most well-known role is because of her portrayal as Ginger Grant (in the 60s television show Gilligan's Island). Bettle's Two's Company musical was the first show she performed in when she made her stage debut. In the 1950s she performed as a stage performer in several Broadway plays before breaking through to national prominence with Li'l Abner's performance in the year 1957. The same year, She made her debut album of songs, called It's time for Tina. Louise made her foray into Hollywood playing Griselda Walden on God's Little Acre, a film about drama that was released in 1958.The movie received wide acclaim and Louise was awarded the Golden Globe Award in the New Star of the Year category. In the years prior to this, she studied at the Actors Studio of New York. Lee Strasberg was her teacher. She signed on with CBS in 1964, to play Ginger Grant. Louise kept juggling her career successfully between Broadway TV and Hollywood playing somber characters contrasted to her perception of an attractive model. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. The series starred her as SG-1's Helen Magnus and Sanctuary. But, over the last few years she also became a well-known director of popular television programs like Supernatural as well as The 100. She was birthed in Essex on the 28th of August on the 28th of August, 1965. The family relocated to Toronto for her childhood. Samantha Carter settled in Vancouver and Canada, following her decision for the lead role.
